From a one bedroom condominium to a premium property on the Lake, Joe has done it all and can meet any and all of your real estate needs. He brings passion to his craft that includes being available and flexible to his client’s needs and timing, masterful negotiating skills, and having lived in Seattle 35 years, is an expert in the area!

When he is not working hard for this clients, he is spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid fan of the local sports teams and enjoys partaking in all the amazing things the area has to offer!

Julie honed her skills working many years in the hospitality industry and understands the value of hard work and dedication. She has a way of making her clients feel at ease, as well as her ability to think outside the box.

Proud mother of 3 beautiful children and wife to Joe Horgan, when Julie’s not holding open houses or searching for the perfect property for a client, she enjoys exploring the PNW, traveling, cooking, photography, taking workout classes, visiting with friends, and spending time with her loved ones.

Sarah Dundas

Transaction Coordinator

Sarah’s role is currently focused on transaction coordination and accounting, where she helps drive the operational side of Pointe3 forward, troubleshoot problems, and create efficiencies. The skills she learned as a Business major allow her to understand the company’s ‘big picture’ and goals in a unique way, and set the foundation for her approach to her role.

During her college career, she also worked as an Academic Coach for students with learning disabilities as well as a New Student Mentor for incoming students. The empathy and problem-solving skills she obtained in these roles teamed with her curious and compassionate nature help her seek out creative solutions to Pointe3’s needs.
